Responsbility工作職責(zé): 1 與外教及副班協(xié)作，協(xié)調(diào)及管理各項(xiàng)工作及資源能夠確保班級(jí)教學(xué)計(jì)劃的順利展開Cooperate with Expat teachers, Chinese Class teachers, and Chinese Life Teachers to coordinate and manage various tasks and resources to ensure the smooth development of the class and the academic plan and lesson plans； 2 愿意并能夠參加成為認(rèn)證?IB 教師所需的所有必要的?IB 培訓(xùn)和課程Is willing and able to take all required IB training and courses required to become a certified IB teacher； 3 持續(xù)關(guān)注班級(jí)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)及發(fā)展情況，根據(jù)教學(xué)展開，定期評(píng)估及整理學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成果，并向家長(zhǎng)反饋Continue to pay attention to the learning and development of students in the class, regularly evaluate and organize students' learning results according to the teaching development and give feedback to parents； 4 " 負(fù)責(zé)定期組織班級(jí)的家園活動(dòng)/家長(zhǎng)會(huì)，負(fù)責(zé)向家長(zhǎng)發(fā)放相關(guān)通知并確保家長(zhǎng)反饋，回執(zhí)的及時(shí)回收及歸檔 Responsible for regularly organizing home-based activities/parents’ meetings, issuing necessary notices to parents, and ensuring the timely collection and management of parental feedback and documents； " 5 負(fù)責(zé)家園溝通工作，對(duì)家長(zhǎng)的疑問，學(xué)生在校的情況等，給與及時(shí)適合的反饋Responsible for completing or arranging others to provide school-home communication, give timely and appropriate feedback to parents' questions, students' situation in school, etc； 6 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助教學(xué)管理人員針對(duì)教學(xué)展開的各項(xiàng)教學(xué)教研活動(dòng)Responsible for assisting academic management personnel in various teaching and research activities to improve and enhance the programme of study； 7 負(fù)責(zé)組織班級(jí)環(huán)創(chuàng)的設(shè)計(jì)、制作及更新等，確保教室文化環(huán)境符合教育理念及教學(xué)內(nèi)容，更好地呈現(xiàn)教學(xué)成果和展示積極的環(huán)境氛圍Responsible for organizing the design, production and updating of classroom decorations, etc., to ensure that the design and decoration of the classroom aligns to the educational concept and teaching content, better presenting the teaching results and providing a positive environment that aligns to the IB philosophy； 8 與其他任課教師、專業(yè)教師、IB PYP 協(xié)調(diào)員和其他工作人員密切合作，投入時(shí)間進(jìn)行集體備課，并確保正確實(shí)施超學(xué)科課程?Works closely with other classroom teachers, specialist teachers, IB PYP Coordinator and other staff to dedicate time to collaborative planning, and ensure the transdisciplinary curriculum is implemented correctly； 9 負(fù)責(zé)課堂、健康和安全、協(xié)作教學(xué)方法，并根據(jù)需要負(fù)責(zé)主要的課外活動(dòng)?Is responsible for the classroom, health and safety, collaborative teaching approach, and for key co-curricular activities as required； 10 協(xié)調(diào)同班級(jí)的所有教師，按要求，共同完成單元教案的填寫，整理檔案包To facilitate all teachers of this class to complete unit planners, and complete file resource packs as required. Qualification任職資格: 1 "本科及以上學(xué)歷，學(xué)前教育專業(yè)優(yōu)先Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in pre-school education, or related are strongly preferred； - 獲得中國(guó)相關(guān)部門頒發(fā)的幼兒園教師資格證書?Obtain a Kindergarten teacher qualification certificate issued by relevant Chinese departments；" 2 3年以上大型幼兒園工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，1年以上主班相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)More than 3 years of work experience in high standard kindergartens, and more than 1 year of relevant work experience as a lead or homeroom teacher； 3 熟悉IEYC，STEAM，IB等國(guó)際幼教課程者優(yōu)先；有IB培訓(xùn)資質(zhì)，優(yōu)先考慮Those who are familiar with IEYC, STEAM, IB and other international preschool education courses are preferred; those with IB training qualifications are preferred； 4 具備簡(jiǎn)單的英文溝通能力?Fluent in Chinese and English； 5 有音樂、藝術(shù)、舞蹈、體育等特長(zhǎng)者優(yōu)先考慮Those with expertise in music, art, dance, sports, etc. are preferred.
