崗位職責(zé) (Job Responsibilities): 1. 教學(xué)與課程 (Teaching & Curriculum): 根據(jù)學(xué)校教學(xué)大綱及課程要求，負(fù)責(zé)初/高中物理課程的雙語(yǔ)/全英文授課。 Deliver high-quality physics lessons in both Chinese and English (or English-only) to middle/high school students, following the school's curriculum standards (e.g., IGCSE, A-Level, AP, IBDP). 認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n，編寫(xiě)教案，制作教學(xué)課件，確保教學(xué)內(nèi)容的準(zhǔn)確性與趣味性。 Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching materials, and presentations to ensure lessons are engaging, accurate, and well-structured. 指導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)，培養(yǎng)動(dòng)手能力。 Guide students through experiments to foster practical and analytical skills. 2. 評(píng)估與輔導(dǎo) (Assessment & Tutoring): 布置、批改作業(yè)，設(shè)計(jì)并批改試卷，記錄學(xué)生成績(jī)，及時(shí)反饋學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況。 Assign and grade homework, design and mark tests/exams, maintain accurate records of student performance, and provide timely feedback. 針對(duì)學(xué)生薄弱環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行答疑和課外輔導(dǎo)，幫助不同層次的學(xué)生取得進(jìn)步。 Provide extra tutoring and support to students who need additional help, ensuring all students can make academic progress. 參與閱卷、評(píng)估和報(bào)告撰寫(xiě)工作，客觀(guān)評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成果。 Participate in grading, student assessments, and report writing to objectively evaluate student achievement. 3. 溝通與合作 (Communication & Collaboration): 與學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)及班主任保持良好的溝通，共同促進(jìn)學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)（家校共建）。 Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and homeroom teachers to support student development and well-being. 積極參與教研活動(dòng)，如集體備課、聽(tīng)評(píng)課、教學(xué)研討等。 Actively participate in departmental meetings, lesson planning sessions, and professional development workshops. 配合學(xué)校參與招生宣傳、開(kāi)放日或試聽(tīng)課等市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)。 Support the school in marketing activities such as enrollment campaigns, open days, or demo classes. 4. 自我提升 (Professional Development): 關(guān)注國(guó)際教育動(dòng)態(tài)及物理學(xué)科前沿知識(shí)，不斷更新教學(xué)理念與方法。 Stay updated on the latest trends in international education and physics, continuously improving teaching methods. 任職要求 (Qualifications & Requirements): 1. 學(xué)歷與專(zhuān)業(yè) (Education & Major): 碩士及以上學(xué)歷，物理、應(yīng)用物理、物理教育或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)。 Master degree or higher in Physics, Applied Physics, Physics Education, or a related STEM field. 有海外留學(xué)背景（如英、美、加、澳等國(guó)）者優(yōu)先。 Candidates with overseas study experience (UK, US, Canada, Australia, etc.) are highly preferred. 2. 語(yǔ)言能力 (Language Ability): 必須具備出色的英語(yǔ)能力，能夠熟練使用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行全英文或雙語(yǔ)授課（如教授IGCSE/A-Level/AP課程）。 Excellent English proficiency required; ability to teach physics in English (both written and spoken) fluently. 3. 教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn) (Teaching Experience): 具有3年以上國(guó)際學(xué)?；螂p語(yǔ)學(xué)校物理教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉國(guó)際課程體系（如A-Level, AP, IB, IGCSE）者優(yōu)先。 Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a bilingual/international school setting. Familiarity with international curricula (A-Level, AP, IB, IGCSE) is a must. 有畢業(yè)班教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，且所教學(xué)生成績(jī)優(yōu)異者優(yōu)先。 Experience teaching graduating classes with proven track records of student success is a plus. 持有教師資格證（如中國(guó)高中物理教師資格證或國(guó)外教師資格證，如PGCE/QTS）。 Teaching certification (e.g., Chinese High School Physics Teacher Certificate or international certification like PGCE/QTS) is preferred. 4. 技能與素養(yǎng) (Skills & Competencies): 雙語(yǔ)能力： 能夠在中英文之間自由切換. Bilingualism: Ability to seamlessly switch between Chinese and English for instruction and clarification. 教學(xué)技巧： 具備互動(dòng)式教學(xué)能力，能夠激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，而非傳統(tǒng)的“填鴨式”教學(xué)。 Pedagogy: Strong ability to engage students through interactive and inquiry-based learning methods. 溝通能力： 具備良好的溝通技巧和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能與外教、中教及家長(zhǎng)順暢交流。 Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with both local and expatriate staff. 責(zé)任心： 熱愛(ài)教育事業(yè)，對(duì)學(xué)生有耐心，工作細(xì)致嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，抗壓能力強(qiáng)。 Dedication: Passionate about education, patient with students, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
