To be responsible for effective classroom management to ensure that every student can learn 負責(zé)有效的課堂管理，確保每個學(xué)生都能夠?qū)W習(xí) 2. Curriculum delivery in English with proper planned teaching resources saved in school server, managebac or moodle as per the need 用英語授課，合理安排教學(xué)資源，并根據(jù)需要資源保存在學(xué)校服務(wù)器、managebac或moodle平臺上 3. Building course on moodle 在Moodle平臺上進行課程建設(shè) 4. Planning appropriate written curriculum documents as per program needs 按照課程的要求，計劃合適的書面課程文件 5. To collaborate with the Chinese national curriculum members in designing relevant curriculum 與中國國家課程CNC老師合作設(shè)計相關(guān)課程 6. Meeting learning outcomes of the curriculum. 滿足課程的學(xué)習(xí)成果目標(biāo) 7. Ensuring that assessment outcomes are used to plan lessons. 確保將評估結(jié)果用于備課 8. Conducting vertical and horizontal curriculum planning. In particular, ensuring that weekly collaborative planning meetings occur. 進行縱向和橫向的課程規(guī)劃，尤其要保證參加每周的合作備課 9. Collaborative writing of plans and are uploaded to ManageBac. 共同撰寫單元計劃，并在ManageBac更新 10. To do reporting and commenting as per needs of the school policies 根據(jù)學(xué)校政策的需要進行學(xué)生成績報告和評論 20. To adhere to academic honesty and pastoral policy expectations from teachers 堅持學(xué)術(shù)誠信和德育政策對教師的要求 General: 一般要求: 1. Be present and responsible for every duty assigned. 參加、負責(zé)被分配的每一項任務(wù) 2. Be responsible for one Co-curriculum activity (CCA) per week. 每周負責(zé)上一節(jié)課外活動課（CCA） 3. Conduct one Parent Teacher Conference per semester. 每學(xué)期召開一次家長會 4. Any other job assigned by the Heads of Secondary 其它由中學(xué)校長布置的工作 5.
