主要職責(zé)/ Key Responsibilities 1、教學(xué)實(shí)施 / Teaching Delivery 負(fù)責(zé)小學(xué)階段對(duì)應(yīng)學(xué)科的雙語教學(xué)工作。能夠運(yùn)用中英文進(jìn)行課程講授、互動(dòng)討論與學(xué)習(xí)評(píng)估，確保學(xué)生在掌握學(xué)科知識(shí)的同時(shí)，提升雙語思維能力。 Deliver bilingual instruction in the respective subject area for primary grades. Use both Chinese and English for teaching, interactive discussions, and assessment, ensuring students master subject knowledge while developing bilingual cognitive skills. 2、課程融合 / Curriculum Integration 理解并執(zhí)行我校的融合課程理念，積極探索學(xué)科內(nèi)及跨學(xué)科的知識(shí)融合，設(shè)計(jì)并開展貼近學(xué)生生活、富有探究性的主題式/項(xiàng)目式學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)。 Understand and implement the school's integrated curriculum philosophy. Actively explore within-discipline and cross-disciplinary integration, designing and conducting inquiry-based thematic/project-based learning activities relevant to students' lives. 3、學(xué)生發(fā)展 / Student Development 關(guān)注每一位學(xué)生的個(gè)性成長(zhǎng)與全面發(fā)展，營(yíng)造積極、包容、尊重的課堂氛圍，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、批判性思維與國(guó)際視野。 Focus on the holistic development and individual growth of each student. Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment, cultivating good learning habits, critical thinking, and a global perspective. 4、協(xié)作共建 / Collaboration 積極參與學(xué)科組、年級(jí)組及融合課程項(xiàng)目組的教研活動(dòng)，與中外籍教師緊密合作，共同開發(fā)、優(yōu)化教學(xué)資源與評(píng)估體系。 Actively participate in teaching research activities within subject groups, grade levels, and integrated curriculum projects. Collaborate closely with local and international teachers to develop and enhance teaching resources and assessment systems. 5、溝通交流 / Communication 與學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)保持有效、定期的溝通，清晰反饋學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)展與成長(zhǎng)表現(xiàn)。 Maintain effective and regular communication with students and parents, providing clear feedback on academic progress and developmental performance. 6、專業(yè)成長(zhǎng) / Professional Growth 積極參與學(xué)校組織的各類培訓(xùn)、工作坊及教學(xué)研究，不斷提升自身的雙語教學(xué)能力與融合課程實(shí)踐水平。 Actively engage in training sessions, workshops, and teaching research organized by the school, continuously improving bilingual teaching skills and integrated curriculum practices. 任職要求 / Qualifications 1、數(shù)學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)教育、教育學(xué)（數(shù)學(xué)方向）等相關(guān)專業(yè)背景。邏輯清晰，善于引導(dǎo)學(xué)生探究數(shù)學(xué)概念與思維方法。能夠使用英語教授數(shù)學(xué)知識(shí)，講解數(shù)學(xué)術(shù)語。 Background in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Education (Mathematics focus) or related fields. Clear logical thinking, skilled in guiding students to explore mathematical concepts and thinking methods. Able to teach mathematics and explain mathematical terminology in English. 2、具有小學(xué)雙語教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)或融合課程（如IB PYP、探究式課程等）教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 Preference given to those with primary bilingual teaching experience or experience in integrated curricula (e.g., IB PYP, inquiry-based curricula). 3、擁護(hù)中國(guó)教育方針，師德高尚，熱愛教育事業(yè)，具備強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。 Support China's educational policies, possess high professional ethics, a passion for education, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit. 4、認(rèn)同融合教育及雙語教學(xué)理念，對(duì)學(xué)生有愛心、耐心和同理心。 Identify with integrated education and bilingual teaching philosophies, demonstrating care, patience, and empathy towards students. 5、具備出色的中文及英文口語與書面表達(dá)能力，能流利使用雙語進(jìn)行課堂教學(xué)與溝通。 Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, capable of conducting classroom instruction and communication fluently in both languages. 6、本科及以上學(xué)歷，持有小學(xué)或相應(yīng)學(xué)科的教師資格證書。 Bachelor's degree or above, holding a primary school or subject-specific teaching qualification certificate.
